Does Working In Night Shifts Alter The Blood Screening Results?

I work 3rd shift, 11pm to 7:30 am. In two weeks I have to have a blood screening for work after my shift, what can I eat or should not eat during my shift in order to get the proper results. Normally I fast when I am not working but for this test I am unable to. I have tried in the past & got weak from not eating during my working shift. Thanks for your help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, you have not mentioned what kind of test you are going to get done because in biochemistry test it may required empty stomach of at least 8 to 10 hours beside this certain test needs post meal test, else no need to have any special diet or restricted diet, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
