Does Wisdom Tooth Infection Lead To Pain In Ear,blurred Vision And Headache?

Left ear pain, eye hurts, vision blured the other day then I noticed by my inset of my eay near nose black and blue, throbbing head on that side. I have a impacted wisdom tooth that I am getting taken out tomorrow and went to urgent care and they put me on antib and pain med but I am worried it is something more than a wisdom tooth infection as the pain in my eye and head began the other day after another fight with my boyfriend and my pain level today is like a 9 still. I have been under a tremendous amount of stree with alot of yelling and fighting and i am the thinest I have ever been and food is not appealing.

Can understand your concern..

As per your complain pain originating from wisdom tooth can be due to inflammation of gum flap present over the wisdom tooth and the condition is known as PERICORONITIS or it cn be due to deep infection in the wisdom tooth..

The pain can occur in the tooth region and can radiate to the jaw, ear,throat,head and even eye..

But blurring of vision and bruising of ear are not seen in case of pain due to wisdom tooth and blurred vision and severe headache and bruising can be due to some traumatic injury to the eye and face or some other eye and ear diseases for which you need to consult a physician or an ophthalmologist..

For pain in wisdom tooth you need to get it extracted to get permanent relief..
