First of all i advice you not to overthink and relate your condition with any other disease...Above this i would like to inform you that sunexposure cannot lead to vitiligo instead it is one of the treatment modality for the same... Controlled UV-A and UV-B exposure(which are the part of sunlight) are one of the first line and FDA approved treatment modality for vitiligo...So its totally wrong if someone had passed such information to you...Now talking about you acne problem...Tretiva i.e oral isotretinoin is a wonderful drug for the resistant acne...So the doctor had made a right decision while prescribing you with Tretiva...It make skin more photosensitive which may result in itching and rash over sunexposure coz of that doc had advised to avoid sunexposure...I hope that you understand that your correlation was totally irrelevant...plz get rid of this fear...thanks
