Does Vitiligo Can Be Treated With Homeopathy?

hi.. im 28 year old i am 172 cm hight & 60 kg weight. i dont have any medical problems.but i have vitiligo center of my upper lip.

i went for homeopathic treatment doctor suggested me to take treatment for 3 to 5 year but i decided to take 1 year treatment.is it homeopathy treatment will work on that please clear my doubt.
