Hello,

verapamil may cause rash (2%). Diovan may cause bullous eruptions on the skin. None of them is considered to cause photosensitivity. Since the rash occurs only during the summer, perhaps an allergic reaction has to be considered. Allergic reactions commonly cause itchiness and get better with antihistamines or corticosteroids (in more severe cases).

You should consult a dermatologist for clinical examination of course.

Kind Regards!
