Does Using Panderm Plus Cream Cause Rashes And Red Marks On Face?

Hello!! I was using panderm plus cream for about 8- 6 months. Initially my skin had become fair and glowy but gradually from past 1month.. I have started developing rashes, redness marks over my face..I am very anxious that will these marks be permanent?..and will I be able to recover from these side effects??

Understanding your concern.

Thanks for your query .Panderm contain ofloxacin ,ornidazole ,terbinafine and clobestasol (very potent steroid).As in contain potent steroid 'clobectasol' it should not be use for more then 2 weeks .But you are using it from very long time ,which produce atrophy of skin and cause rosacea like condition.

Initially this cream gives benefit as it decrease melanocytes (dark pigment producing cells ) ,but in long term use this is not good for skin health.

I would suggest you immediately stop using this cream otherwise it will make your condition more complicated and consult dermatologist for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe creams containing kojic acid which is a non steroidal cream and very effective in treating hyperpigmentation.

For now what you can do is start using aloe vera cream which natural and help you in treating darkness of skin and skin redness ,use sunscreen with SPF 30 in the day time and take indian goose berry juice (amla juice) which is very healthy for skin.
