Does Urine Test Report Suggest UTI?
My urine test was perfomed while I was menstruating and the values show: traces of proteins, leucocyte esterase as positive, RBC-10 to 13 , Pus cells 5-7 WBC/HPF , Epithelial cells in small numbers also S.G. as 1.030. Do I have urinary tract infection.

Yes,you are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
This is indicated by presence of pus cells,epithelial cells,RBC in urine and positive leucocyte esterase.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
