Does The Ultrasound Result Enclosed Shows The Normal Condition For Pregnancy?
Hello doctor, I am currently 6 weeks and 5day pregnant and my pelvic us results says that " bulky uterus and shows well defined gestational sac MSD 1.7cm with regular choriodecidual rim. no definite fetal pole or cardiac activity seen. York sac seen. No abnormal adnexal mass is seen. No free fluid in pouch of Douglas. This is my first pregnancy and I am 30 year old. Please suggest if everything is fine.thanks

Most likely you have missed abortion.
You should have follow up USG after 1 week.
If fetal pole and cardiac activity is still not visible after one week then missed abortion diagnosis is confirmed.
Fetal pole should be visible by this age of gestation.
Cardiac activity should also be visible by 7-8 weeks.
