Does The Throbbing Sensation In Chest After Food Suggest Gas Or Cardiac Problems?

I have a strong throbbing pulse like sensation
in my esophagus, chest area between brests.
This occurs after i have eaten, along with symptoma
similar to panic attacks or heart attack. I do suffer
from panic attacks and blood pressure is good but
i worry i have heart or AAA problems. I also have
ibs and being tested for celiac. Am i worrying
about cardiac problems for no reason, is it more
likely to be gastric?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Noted here according to history yes it is strongly seems to be panic attack causes...

You are taking excess stress. So by it gastritis can be there and contribute in chest pain.
..

I would like to suggest to avoud stress.
Consult psychiatrist for proper counselling.
Anxiolytic drug like alprex given...
Yoga useful...
Exercise good for stress.

If still pain remain ECG or echo done for rule out cardiac causes.

Hope your concern solved ..
