Does The Symptoms Indicate Pregnancy?
I am nineteen and trying to conceive. My question is if I could be pregnant. It is too early to test so I would like to know my chances. Here are the facts. I been tracking my cycle last two periods were October. 19 and lasted 4-5 days and November 24th. It is the 13th and still no period...not till the 30th. Here are my symptoms. Dizziness, frequent urination, increased hunger, vivid dreams, high soft cervix whit feels weird due to the fact that it feels slightly open.. I don't usually track my cervix so its not a good fact.

It is both too early for symptoms of pregnancy and the urine pregnancy to show positive if it's not 4 weeks since the first day of your menstrual cycle. Best to wait for 4 weeks since the last period and do a home pregnancy test.
The anxiety of trying to get pregnant can be nerve wrecking, best to be relaxed and especially since you are too young to have any problems and most women in your age will get pregnant without any concerns.
Take Folic acid till you conceive every day and have a healthy lifestyle.

the symptoms that u are telling are probable symptoms of pregnancy .diagnosis can bemade only after pregnancy test. that u can also do at home . u get it from medical store and do it. instructions are there. and its very easy.
