Does The Spotting Stop By Itself While On Microgynon?

Just wondering if anyone can give me some advise, I am 19 and I have been taking Microgynon 30 pills for about 4 months as I wanted to delay my period for certain holidays but I feel like they have made my periods better and have had no problem with them since taking so I decided to stay on them. However last week I had left my packet at my friends house who was away and wasn t able to give them to me until she came back 2 days after, so I had missed 2 pills. I read on another medical site you will be fine if you just take 2 pills on the same day when you remember which I was going to do, but before I did that I started to bleed as I hadn t been taking them and missed the 2 pills. I then researched and a couple of people said just to ignore the blood and take them as normal and the bleeding will go in a couple of days as it s just a withdrawal period. So I took 2 that day to try and catch up with the pill cycle and stop the bleeding. The bleeding stopped but I ve now had brown blood spotting (like you get at the start of your period) for a couple of days but I m still taking my pill at my correct time at 7 every day. Will this go in time if I keep taking the pills or shall I just stop taking them and let myself have a full period? Bare in mind I was only a week into the pack before this all happened, hope someone can help thanks
