Does The Pill Prescribed For Back Injury The Generic Version?

Hi, I have pills prescribed to me for a back injury that resulted in surgery that are yellow, say PERCOCET on one side and 10/325 on the other. Are these the real ones or are they the generic version? If they re the real ones would they be more potent than the generic version? If they are in fact the non generic is that why they were so expensive at the pharmacy? What is the normal retail cost of a single pill such as this compared to the generic version? Thank you in advance...

The drug Percocet is a pain killer and it is combination of two drugs.one is paracetamol and other one is oxycodone.oxycodone is strong pain killer belonging to opioid group Of plain killers and paracetamol is less strong pain killer.Two are combined together to increases the potency and duration of action.it is not a generic drug but a brand name of combination of two drugs.price of this drug vary from company to company.Branded drugs are usually more costlier than generic ones However there is hardly any difference in potency.
