OK, this was dumb and I'm not doing it again. To ask my question ill first explain, in the past I have done many drugs (mainly stimulants & pain killers). When i did them in the past i worked my way up through doses. I was never addicted to them but i loved the feeling when i was on them, then randomly, i dont really know why, i decided i wasnt going to do them, so i didnt. Well its been about a year since I've done drugs recreationally, although i am currently prescribed to vyvanse as i do have ADD and they help greatly. Well this morning my friend offered me some concerta(I hadn't taken my vyvanse yet)so i stupidly agreed. i took 2 54's regular and i cut 1 in half, like i use to. I drank a 5 hour energy, so all together i took 3 54mg concerta's(one cut in half) and a 5 hour energy. throughout the day i felt euphoria along with nausea, racing! heart, pounding! heart, and my right bicep randomly/frequently twitches. It is now 11:15 and i cant sleep(expected) and my heart is still racing extremely fast and pounding badly and more random twitches(but anywhere). What can i do to counteract concerta and its symptoms? Or at least lessen them?
