Does Taking Metformin And Dicloflex With Paracetamol Cause Any Side Effects?

I ve recently had a csection (last Thursday) . I have been given dicloflex and paracetamol as pain relief which I eat after my meal bf lunch and dinner. I also have meteformin 2 tablets after bf and dinner as I sm type 2 diabetic. Is it ok to mix metformin and dicloflex + paracetamol
