Does Synalar Otic Solution Have Any Side Effects?

my son take synalar otic solution in 2 days..after that the bad smell of his ear is less unlike before..before it has a dark color inside and now it turn in yellow color after using the product but the yellowish color inside his ear is still inside DO I NEED TO CLEAN IT USING A COTTON BUDS or Don t mind it..thanks doctor.

Burning, itching, irritation, dryness, allergic contact dermatitis and secondary infections are the side effects of Synalar otic solution. If your son don't have any of these side effect, continue this solution after cleaning the yellowish discharge with cotton.
