Does Sympathetic Stimulation Causes Vasoconstriction If The Liver Is Congested?

Hi, (22 male here) I took a B6 supplement for the first time (50mg) and afterwards experienced a tightness in the chest and after 12 hours, it's still somewhat there but subsided mostly. It's not painful but just quite tense/tight, is this common after taking b6. should I do anything about it immediately and is this likely to happen again if I took it another time?

Only thing I could find that I think fits is:

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms of tightness of the test is not because of the vitamin B6 neither it could be side effect of it, but it could be some else and most of the time it could be hyperacidity, what you have the information is not fit for this, if it is the hyperacidity then it can be given try with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day ( Hyperacidity could be drug induced) hope this information helps.
