Does Swelling In Forehead Indicate Internal Bleeding?

My 2 years old baby fell off from bed yesterday morning. And it had been 24 hours since her fall with no sign of vomitting, fit or swollen/bruises. She behaves normal and eats well plays well. Is there any possibility of internal bleeding? What should i look out for to determine she is all fine and healthy? She has some swelling with softness on forehead.please suggests me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
As 24 hours passed of fall and there is no other signs of head injury and she is fine, nothing to worry.
Swelling and softness at the site of impact might be due to local hematoma.
Apply ice pack 2-3 times a day for 2-3 days.
Ok and take care.
