Does Swallowing In Excess Cause Sleeplessness?
Yes you may I hope u can help me. Last night I could not fall asleep becasue I was swallowing in excess. I finally fell asleep in a deep sleep but once I start waking up I ll start swallowing all over again ....This morning my throat hurts as well....

You have not mentioned what kind of swelling you have, but your main query is, whether this is due to sleep, so this is not the case, but some time excessive sleep could cause the puffy face, but this comes around in few hours, for other swelling this may not be related with sleep unless specify in particular, have a nice day.
