Does Sugar Level Of 116 Cause Dizziness?

I've been feeling a little under the weather like dizzy at times so I took my sugar level just to see and it was 116 haven't eaten in almost 6 hours and same with the drinking nothing in almost 6 hours I was wondering if that's a normal level for a 25year old female who's not pregnant

Sugar level (or more appropriately blood glucose level) of 116 mg/dl after fasting time of 6 hours is normal for a 25 year old female. This should not cause dizziness at all.
Other common causes for dizziness include low blood pressure, anemia, hypoxia, hyperventilation, Problem of internal ear such as labrinthititis, panic disorder, etc
Firstly You should get your blood pressure checked as low blood pressure is next common reason of dizziness.
