Does Stroke Causes Imbalance And Loss In Finger Coordination?

I am 66 years old and two years ago had strokes 6 months apart. In my opinion I am worse than six months ago with balance being problematic and I find arm and finger coordination poorer than previously. Do stroke conditions worsen over time? Thank you, Jim
