Does Stress Cause Abdominal Pain?

I have been having stomach paints for the last week. I hAve been under a lot of stress because family issues, but it kind of feels like period cramps but not? When i eat I sometimes cannot finish because it hurts and kinda feels like a burning sensation. Also my stomach has been making a weird noise like I'm hungry but I'm not. It'll mAke a nose like I'm digesting something but it's been making a sound for the past 3 days. What should I do?

Hi,
Stress does not cause abdominal pain it does cause hyper acidity giving rise burning pain in stomach.
It seems that you might be having acid reflux with flatulence.
Avoid stress.
Take Omeprazole or Rantac for 2-3 days.
Avoid heavy fat food or spicy, fried and junk food.
Ok and take care.
