General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your experience with spotting from your vagina following a stoppage of an injectable contraceptive I will suggest you have developed a condition called withdrawal bleeding due to the contraceptive

In view of this please see a gynecologist specialist for further clinical assessment and re-evaluation of your contraceptive method

I hope this helps Regards
