Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that it is the rubber material, when chewed it will break into small pieces. The thing is whether it is reacting with the gastric acid, or not.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a Ultra sound scanning for locating the plastic pieces, and to find the prognosis.
I advise you to give him 2or 3 bananas daily, which can sweep any foreign materials even the metal, and observe the stools daily. Give him plenty of water.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
