Hi,
Torch test positive indicates certain viral infections that may occasionally cause congenital infections in the fetus. However, thats something that can be only determined after birth. Spotting in early pregnancy is common though not normal. HCG injection can help sometimes to keep the pregnancy, hence your doctor has advised it.You need to be at rest and avoid any stress to the lower abdomen. Avoid intercourse. Mode of delivery cannot be determined until the last month.
