Hello ,
You are having uterus didelphys means double uterus. You had haematocolpos in which hymen is intact and menstrual blood gets collected inside. It is not a big operation.A small incision is given in hymen and blood is drained out.Why can't you have children ?
Chances of abortion and premature delivery are more but you can have term pregnancy also. What you are saying is ' mirena ' coil I suppose but without your knowledge how it can go inside your uterus ? In your case you will be needing two coils.
Take care
