Usually no medication will cause darkening of lips alone, if in general there is no darkening of your skin then it's just purely because of smoking. The tobacco and tar in cigarettes can cause darkening of your lips. Tobacco also pose great Ill-effects to your body, so consider quitting / cutting down smoking after which you can follow Good lip care - gentle scrubbing, vitaminE supplements, moisturising your lip can bring your pink lips back.
