Does Severe Spinal Stenosis Cause Itching Throughout Body?

I have severe spinal stenosis and related spinal problems due to my spine decorating above and below a lumber fusion with implant in 2004. I have started to itch all over my body, ears and nose included, no rash, no allergies. I have read that this can be caused by sp stenosis and wondered if this is true? Have not had chance to ask my neuro surg yet.

it can cause pain and functional disorder but itching is not related to it which can be caused by worm infestation or local fungal infection. can consult dermatologist for local examination and advise on treatment.
