Does Severe Headache, Biting Sensation In Head/leg Indicates Virus In Brain?

Hi my dad is around 62 yrs old.he has this severe headache that wakes him up when he just falls sleep. He feels as if there are some worms in his head that are bitting him from inside his head.he can eat sweet only with his meals, if he takes otherwise he is derprived of his sleep.the bitting sensation is mostly in head and sometimes at legs also.if he includes chilli in his food that also large amount he gets a temporary relief, but then the stomach has problem with so much chilli. He has this headache from 2-3 years and has gone to so many doc here but most of them give him antidepressants, because of which he is not able to sleep at all, he is not suffering from any depression neither he has any tensions. He is so much fed up, is there a possibility of some type of viruses in brain? He takes neem capsule which give him a little relief but taking that upsets his stomach.please help, or give contact address of any doctor who can help us,we are from chandigarh.
