Does seizure recur after postpartum eclampsia ?

can a seizure happen again to a patient who once have it because of postpartum eclampsia? thanks...

Yes , seizure can happen again in this case.
Pregnancy can induce eclampsia that can lead to seizures even beyond the gestation period. Mechanism is not clear but cases have been seen with this problem.

post partum ecclampsia usually settles with lowering of blood pressure and chances of having it in future is not there
it may happen again in next pregnancy if not under regular care of obstetrician in antenatal period
