Does Sauna Belt Help Reduce Weight?

Pl note that i have a medical issue because of which i need to intake dome hirmonal medicines...and it has increased my weight ...i am 95 on an height if 5,2 ....does usagebof a sauna belt can reduce mybweight ?? Can anh1 assure on the same ..and will there be any side effects???

Hello there,
Well hormonal imbalances do cause weight gain.I do not think usage of that belt(sauna) would help you loose that much amount of weight.Even if you lose a little weight with that(no assurance), without a good exercise regimen you will gain back all the lost weight in no time.
Sincere advise is to follow healthy diets not crash diets along with exercise regimen.There is no quick and easy way to fix it if you want no side effects. Good luck and take care.
