Does Rubbing Penis Which Had Cum On It, To Clitoris Causes Pregnancy?

So, my boyfriend and I got kind of heated tonight. I had previously made him cum and then about 3 to 4 hours later we started making out and he rubbed his penis on my clitoris. He then started rubbing my clitoris and then fingered me. I wasn't quite sure if he had just the tiniest bit of precum on his penis because was very wet. I had also just gotten off my period last Monday. Is it possible that since he rubbed my client and then fingered me, there was a chance that I could become pregnant?

I have gone through your query and understand your concern.
It seems that you are on fertile period at the time of rubbing of penis ie. ovulation time or time of egg release from ovary.
If any sperm came in contact with your vagina (pre-ejaculate does contain sperm...whether he ejaculated before hand or urinated) you can get pregnant.
Also you are at high risk of Sexually transmitted diseases.
If it has been less than 72 hours since the sexual encounter you can get emergency contraceptive plan.
If it has been longer than 72 hours you have to wait at least 2 weeks to take an Urine Pregnancy Test and confirm whether you got pregnant or not.
My advice is use the Barrier contraceptive methods while you encounter this kind of situation.
It will protect you both from pregnancy and infections.
