Does Renalka Syrup Cure Urine Infections ?

i m bedridden and have urine infection for the last one year. I m taking antibotics and e-coil is cured then other infection comes in urine culture changing every time. Now i started only renalka syrup of himalaya does its work.

**most probably upper tract infection: rule out pyelo nephritis.
avoid:alcohol,caffeine, carbonated beverages,coffee, chocolate,refined and processed foods,refined sugars.
.Take Vitamin C rich diet as it prevents the bacterial growth due to the acidic environment created in the bladder and the urinary tract.
.Yoga:Gomukhasana,Pawanmuktasana,Ardha Matsendra Asana.

with pashanbheda kwatha
.chandraprabha vati 2
gokshuradi vati 2
