Does Removal Of The Appendix Cause Weight Loss?

I had an appendix removed Five months ago along with a muningeoma. I weighed 240 lbs. when I entered the hospital. When I was released two weeks later I weighed 215 lbs why and am I going to be Abe able to keep the weight off. I hope so. I am 5 -6 tall Fifty seven years old Thank you for your help Tom

Only in the immediate run. There is a lot of stress, plain fasting, probably a bit of dehydration. It is almost guaranteed you will gain some of it back within the first month. For long term lowering of weight finding where you are messing up and change it. "The way of the Devil Diet" on amazon shows how to do this.
