injectables does work untill the effect lasts on the scalp may be hereditary or not...but not a long lasting or a permanent solution.as you need to go for repeatedly , if you do not have an excess hair loss or balding wont advice for the same as it does have some side effects .cost varies as per the estimated area of balding .
instead opt for natural and safe medications like homoeopathic medicines .
