Does Quitting Smoking Cause Numbness Of Tongue And Thighs?

My tongue has been numb for a few days and my head is tight not really sore . When am peeing after I think I m finished more leaks out into my underwear . Loosing feeling in thighs and pins and needles on bottom half of my legs into my feet . When I eat my food feels as if it s backed up and doesn t go down properly . I am a 45 year old male recently gave up smoking

First of all , I congratulate you for taking this bold step of quitting .

All your symptoms are the outcome of long term smoking which weaken your immune system pushes you towards various health problems .
Smoking damages blood vessel walls, making it more difficult for your heart to pump blood to your hands and feet causing numbness, weakness or a feeling of heaviness in your legs .
, in severe cases, gangrene and amputation , besides , cancer , lung , heart failure .
. Quitting has nothing to do with it .
You should not worry about it. You will be able to overcome all symptoms by your strong will power and strength of determination . and of course , little bit of will power and perseverance can do magic by strengthening immunity .
Modifying your lifestyle ,, regular physical activity for proper blood circulation & detoxing , Doing Exercise , Sit ups , Walk Yoga and ,pranayam - Deep Breathing ,Kapalbhati ,Medication and including diet with all essential nutrients - Fiber ,Vitamins , Minerals ,and antioxidants like juice of amla , aloe vera , fresh juicy fruit & veges ,lemon juice and a 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder with a cup of cow's hot milk at bed time, helps to enhance minimum required energy level .and strengthen mind and body
