Does Presence Of Weeds In The Body Show Up In Tests?

I just got tested for mono, and it came up positive. They also said I have a low platelet count. I smoked some weed for the first time in 2 years, and now I have to have more blood work done because of the low platelet count. Will the weed show up in the tests?

Routine blood work does not include a toxicology screen. For the testing of blood for drugs, a requisition to check for a drug must be specified. Usually one tests the urine for the presence of drugs. A special requisition asking for a urine drug screen must be used.
