Does Prenatal Vitamins Have Any Effect On Periods?
I am trying to get pregnant and began taking prenatal vitamins about 2 months ago. The first period I had after I began taking them was very light which is unusual. I took a text it was negative its now time for my period to start again and it is late by a day but I m never late could the vitamins throw off my cycle

As per your history you have not mentioned which vitamins you are taking right now.Vitamin is good for health you can take it.But it has no impact on periods .Please check your last 6 month period history.If irregular make an ultrasound exam of pelvis to ruled out any pathological causes responsible for ovary and uterus and a TSH test.(Thanks)
