Does Premature Ejaculation Hinder The Chances Of Conception?
Hello, I am 28 years old male. Me and my wife are trying for baby since 1 year. We are still struggling and I also suffer from premature ejaculation, do you think this is causing problem in pregnancy? I am also doing kegel exercises from past 1 month, but I am not sure if the way I am doing is right or wrong. Please help me in both my problems

No premature ejaculation cannot affect the chances of conception. Delay in conception can be because of male infertility issues, females infertility issues or unexplained causes. Male infertility is mainly as result of low sperm count & sperm motility. In females infertility is as result of ovulation problems such as PCOS, tubal blockage, uterine problems, etc. In some cases infertility arises with normal males & females genital organs function also.
Premature ejaculation in absence of abnormality in sperm count & motility cannot cause infertility in males. Premature ejaculation cause only ejaculation of semen earlier & does not effect its quality.
As you & your wife have been trying to conceive for a year now. You both should now consult an infertility specialist.
