Hello,
The causes of the absent periods could be either pregnancy or the stress related to the fear of getting pregnant. It is possible for pregnancy to happen even without penetration if the act occurs around the ovulation period as the pre-ejaculate contains enough sperms to fertilize an ovum and any sperms deposited on the vagina can ascend up into the uterus easily. Please get a pregnancy test and also a trans-vaginal sonogram to exclude/confirm pregnancy and further management can be planned based on the result. Hope this helps.
