Does Prednisone Cause Headache?

I am taking one pill a day of prednisone (20mg). Taking them for almost a week now. Last night I had a headache like never before. I also felt as if my head was expanding. I cried my self to sleep! Do you think its the prednisone. I also have MS, Sarcordosis and Fibromyalgia!

Prednisolone is a steroid drug and it is known to cause headache as a side effect.
Since you are having multiple sclerosis, sarcoidosis and fibromyalgia you require steroids as a part of treatment.
Hence you need to get evaluated to find out the underlying cause and treatment accordingly.
