Hello ma'am and welcome.

It is impossible to confirm pregnancy with the information provided. First of all, I would like you to know that the method employed by your partner is called the withdrawal method and is the least effective contraceptive technique with a failure rate of 50%. Please find alternative methods, like using condoms all through the sexual act.

As for the spotting, this is commonly seen with UTIs and so I cannot rule out pregnancy with just this information. Look for a missed or delayed period, and if observed conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
