Does Paroxysmal Hemicrania Cause Loss Of Eyesight?

I have been diagnosed with benign paroxysmal hemicrania. Can I lose my eyesight from this? My left eye gets extremely blurry during the attacks. The headache is on my left side. Today, I am having sever blurryness in my left eye, eve with my glasses on. Thanks.

It is known as cluster head ache. It looks like migraine but having no neurological findings It respond to non steroidal analgesic, like indomethacin. There is no report of blind ness. It manifest one sided head ache around eye.
