Does Painful Bruise On Shin Bone Indicates Broken Shin Bone?

I hit my shin bone while tossing a wooden rifle (color guard) and we were suposed to catch it under our leg and it hit it a few times. I now have 3 big goose eggs and it is SUPER tender. But there is barley any bruising and it also hurts to walk. Could i have broken my shin bone?

Hi,

I have gone through your query.

To tell whether fracture has occurred in shin bone it is mandatory that you must get x-ray leg in AP and Lateral view and send me the report.

You should try to avoid jumping and upstairs as much as you can.

Take painkillers like ibuprofen till then.

- Apply hot packs for 30 min in morning and evening .

I hope it helps.

You are welcome to ask further health related queries.
