Does Pain In Testicle After Surgery For Undescended Testicles Indicate Testicle Cancer?

I am 36 years old suffering from undescended testicles and underwent surgery in 2006, One testicle can not be in position in the scrotum because the thread was not until the testes.
The last few days I felt a slight pain in testicles, I was worried when the testis and testicular cancer that have to be removed.
What are the risks if the testicle removed?
What are the signs of testicular cancer?

Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
IF the testicle is removed , there is no chance of cancer as the testicle is always removed -in toto...
The testicular cancer is never painful , this is the problem.
Progressive swelling is the only symptom one can get.
Ultrasonography is the best modality to diagnose testicular cancers .
