Does Pain Caused By An Head Injury Need Medical Attention?

hi i am female and 49 years old and 3 days ago bent over to pick something up and hit my forehead on the radiator on a blunt edge quite hard. There is pain in the area where I hit and a slight difference in feeling in my head but no severe headache. I have taken some ibuprofen. I semed to feel a bit dizzy the next day but that has passed. Should I go for a CT scan. How do I know if there is internal bleeding

1. Loss of Consciousness
2. Fits
3. Headache
4. Vomiting
5. Dizziness
6. Giddiness
7. Double Vision
8. Blurring of Vision
9. Numbness
10. Weakness
11. Bleeding from Nose
12. Bleeding from Ears
13. Bleeding from throat

You have had dizziness in addition to pain. Hence you have to go for a CT Scan
