Does Pain And Nausea With PCOD And Prior Abortion Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi Doctor,

I have PCOD and I had a missed abortion in July 2012. I was diagnosed as a pre-diabetic and have since made changes to my diet and exercise. My LMP was oct 6th 2012.

I had 2 negative urine tests and my beta HCG is 1.74 mIU/ml. But I'm experiencing some pregnancy symptoms like abdominal cramps, lower back pain, leg pain,mild nausea and fatigue.

Hence I would like to know if these symptoms are indicative of anything else since I don't seem to be pregnant as per the test results. Please advise. Thanks!

Hello, these symptoms can be due progesterone and if bHCG is negative then there is nothing to be suspicious about because pregnancy is highly unlikely.
