Does Ovaral-1 Tablet Cause Acne To Recur?

HI. I'm a 24 year old female, suffering from hormonal acne for the last 3 years. i was put on Diane 35 for 6 months. My menstrual cycle is normal now but my acne got worse. i'm now on azimac 500mg 3 times a week.
i will be getting married in less than 3 months and wanted to go on a contraceptive pill. But im afraid it will bring back my acne, which has now come down a bit. i was asked to take ovaral-l. please advice.

Hello
You mentioned that you are having "HORMONAL ACNE", since last 3 years and took "diane" i.e cyproterone acetate 35 mg for 6 months . Now taking azithromycin 500 mg thrice in week . You are getting marriage and wanted to use contraceptive pills "ovral-L'i.e. levonorgesterel 0.15 mg +ethinyl estradiol0.03 mg.
This is oral contraceptive pill and hormonal pills but it never causes any acne .
After going through all side effects I can assure you that this never produces acne .
However it causes hirsutism, gynecomastia , menses irregularity , headache etc ( so many other but NOT ACNE).
But in my opinion get in ultrasound of both ovaries to rule out any abnormality ( for acne).
