Does Non Penetrative Sex Cause Pregnancy?

Me and my husband had kind of a dry sex but he touched his penis on my vagina ..but he didn't put it in he just touched it out side for like just two or three seconds and he had pre-ejaculation (he had his urine before thisand also washed it up ) then he put it away from my vagina .. So my question to you is that can I get pregnant due to this ?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...
Normally there are no chances of pregnancy with Non-penetrative sex. But your case is slightly different. Your husband touched your vagina with his penis. He had pre ejaculaton also. Sometimes the pre-ejaculation fluid can contain some sperms & these can cause pregnancy.
So you could get pregnant with this type of sexual activity. However chances are very less, but this is theortically possible. You both should not try this again. Wear condom straight away before starting any sexual activity.
