Does Nipple Discharge Imply Pregnancy Or A Hormonal Increase From Birth Control Pills?

I recently had sex, the condom broke before ejaculation, an hour later I took a plan b pill. The day after I started birth control pills. Ten days after the condone incident I am having clear discharge from one nipple. Could I be pregnant? Or could it be from a hormone increase from the pills? And if so how soon can I take a pregnancy test?

Hi, I think you can do a urine pregnancy test now also. If negative, wait for one week and repeat the test. Nipple discharge can be due to impaired serum prolactin levels also. So, if pregnancy test is negative, do a serum prolactin level. Hope I have answered your query.
