Does My Urinalysis Suggest UTI Infection?

Hi there

urine analysis shows the presence of bacteria(mederate) and epilethal cells(moderate) and also a slightly high MCH 32.4 (27-32) ; a sligthly low RBC count 3.86(4-5.4) and a slight increase in Lymphs 46 (20-45)

I am a woman - 32 years of age - 58kg and 1.70cm tall.

Are these related to a possible UTI infection?
Also are the ranges gender specific?
